I have heard very little about these CPUs and I'm interested in building a budget 64-bit Intel rig. I was originally going to go with the 630 and then maybe upgrade to dual-core eventually, but I'm thinking about going with a 64-bit celeron in order to save a little cash. I have only seen them for sale at a few places, like here. Does anyone know where I can find some benchmarks, or does anyone have one of these?
 
The Celeron D 3x1 and 3x6 processors perform exactly the same as the 3x0 and 3x5 counterparts (i.e. 335 and 336, both @ 2.8GHz, 533MHz FSB and 256KB L2 cahce), the 3x1 and 3x6 versions just have EM64T enabled. All Celeron Ds (64-bit or not) so far use the same Prescott 1MB core with only 256KB cache enabled.

IOW, just look up a Celeron D 330 review to see how a Celeron D 331 performs.
