Elitegroup P4VMM2 problems

Hi there. So, I put my Elitegroup P4VMM2 motherboard in a new case. I got all the wiring right and I'm now just running off the onboard video card. When I turn it on, I get power, but the motherboard doesn't beep up. Harddrives LED light is on, CPU fan is running, and powersupply is running too, but the motherboard doesn't beep up and nothing comes up on the monitor. I also took out the battery and the BIOS chip out for a couple of hours, but doesn't boot up after I replace them again.

Any suggestions, please lemme know. Thanks.
 
First thing that comes to mind is maybe you don't have all the power cables plugged into your mobo. And the second thing that comes to mind is that you have an ECS, sorry friend but my past experiences with ECS are not the most enjoyable. So it could also mean a faulty mobo.
 
out of a lack of ideas, you could try clearing the CMOS, but it doesnt sound like it would make a difference. ECS sucks, I would go abit, you can get a refurbished IS7 for like 50$.
