Edit FS/FT thread tittle?

Presently you have 10 minutes to change the thread title yourself, after that a mod/admin will have to do the honors. This is done to deter malicious threads titles from being made and then changed back by the poster to an innocent title. This is a universal setting and therefore is not forum specific, so an exception cannot be made for the FS/Trade forum. :)
