eastluna.com seems to have the MB and the video card i want to upgrade to for pre-order.
has anyone used this site? i can not find any ratings anywhere

It's typically not a good thing when you can't find any ratings on them. They may be legitimate, but considering how many less than trustworthy sites exist, I'd stick to a well known one.

doing more checking and they say they are distributors for many things but the few sites i could check did not have them listed as a dealer.

viewsonic.com does not
maxtor.com does not
samsungusa.com does not

so i guess it looks to good to be true, it must be.

seem to be n00bs - well that could be a good or bad thing. Good, in that they should want to do well and fast to get a good reputation. Bad, in that they might not have everything set up right, or could be a "fly by night" place.
My suggestion, if they are not local (so you can go to their place of business and raise h*ll if you are not happy) give them a pass until they have a good reputation. Let them cut their baby teeth on someone else's wallet first.
Go with a known good rep place first (like newegg.com)

well 6 days later and no email reply from them.
but some manufactrers are now listing them, like :abit, epox, thermaltake, ocz

frodo,

Man, I though would never get in contact with you. You must be the one who asked us about our reputation. I tried to reply to your e-mail, but it kept giving me an error message. I felt bad, because I didn't want you to feel like we were ignoring you.

To answer your question,

"You are not alone. Some people have been saying the same thing in message boards and such. We just started a year ago, and it takes a while to build up your reputation on the internet. That's why we don't have any reviews about our site yet in Reseller Ratings and such. However, don't worry, we treat everybody like family around here, and we have years of experience with computers starting way back with the Commodore 64. We will help you even if you didn't buy the product from us. Yes, we are real. You can even call us up and talk to us to make sure. I can understand your concern with a brand new online store. I know I have come across some online stores that seemed a little shady to me and just had to pass them up. You can tell, by how different our site looks from everybody else, how committed we are to being the best and being different. We built our web store from the ground up. It took us a year an a half. Rest assured, if you shop with us, we will take care of you, no matter what happens."
