hi,

Puting it simply, Which one can i go?

1. E6600 and 1 GB RAM
2. E6300 and 2 GB RAM

Note : i wont overclock and i wont put money for computer in future.

Thanks for ur valuable replies..

Putting it simply, an extra gig of ram will benefit you more than the extra L2 cache and somewhat faster proc.

Go with option 2

thanks a lot man for ur quick response..so wat do u think abt this spec:

e6400
asus p5b
transcend 2 X 1GB 677GHz
forsa 7600GS
Seagate Baracuda 250GB
Samsung 740n
zebronics peace
APC 800VA

Please tell me ur suggestions to finalize this.

thanks a lot

-667 ram will be just fine for that. As for transcend, I'm not familiar with it.

Mobo is solid. The Gigabyte S3 or DS3 would be two more good choices.

A 7600GT costs about the same as a GS and is quite a bit better.

That hard drive is just fine.

i wont comment on the LCD b/c I'm not familair with it.

Zebronics peace - speakers? No idea what these are.

APC 800VA - 800watt psu (if that's what it is) is WAY more than you need to power that. With no overclock and only one moderate gpu, you could easily get by with 400-450 watts.

good set-up.... but I don't see why you won't even try a small overclock!

You need 2GB of ram. Go with option 2. Vista is a memory snatcher.

I may be way off, but for dead stock and no OC, wouldn't 533 be acceptable for the 6300?

Yeah, but when the difference in price is only like $10 why skimp.
