E2160 L2 max temp?

I've got an E2160 L2 rev that's OC'ed to 3GHz (9x333) on stock cooling. With stable Vcore it runs about 65C with small FFTs orthos running. with folding@home it runs about 56-58C.

What's a good cutoff point for temperatute? This thing will be running folding 24/7, and I'm wondering if maybe I can squeeze an extra 200-300MHz out of it for folding.

EDIT: Would it make a difference if I applied ceramique thermal paste instead of the stock thermal pads?

The absolute maximum should be 85c, but I wouldn't exceed 65c for 24/7 use just out of preference.

Ceramique will help, if you're using the stock paste, but not by much... The stock paste is actually pretty good, but there's just too much of it IMO.
