[Vanilla Heat]

Got an old E152FP Dell flat panel recently started going out on me it powers on flashes the test screen and and the will display for a few seconds on and off , but the power stays on the entire time so I'm not sure what the problem might be, any of you guys have an idea I asked the local tv repair shop who says they repair LCD tv's and he had no answer.
