I have a Cooler Master Centurion 5 case with a 120mm fan in the back, two 80mm fans in front, one at stock location, and one in the 5 1/2 bays. Both front fans have filters on them, but there is still a considerable amount of dust getting in the case. Granted the whole front is a grille, how can I reduce some of the dust? There is some mesh type of filter behind the front grille, but its not really doing so well apparently. It could work a lot better if it were finer material.

Swiffer pads. Works like magic. Cut them to any size you want covering the fan holes, and other big spots that dust can get into. Then use electrical tape to block off the tiny holes. One last thing, don't jump around in your room too much, helps lessen the dust... :)

A lot of people complain about dust, I guess I'm just the lucky one that doesn't get any. Probably because my room is cleaner than yours :p

the filters on that case are pretty decent. Mine would have a shitload of dust on the intake outside the case indicating that it works. Without it, all that dust I was cleaning on the outside, I'd be cleaning on the insided--not pretty. I cleaned the intake area every couple of days.

Try something wierd, reverse the filters.

Ive heard of panty hose and other things like that, just wondering what my options are. I thought my room was bad, when i went back to my parents house the front panel got dusty real bad in just a few days.

get a good vacuum and clean up twice a week, sure cut down on the dust i was getting in my stacker and centurion 5 (and before i would vacuum once a week)...
but on top of that, i found just blowing out the cases with an air compressor once a month got the job done best.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Never ever ever ever use a vacuum in your pc, it creates HUGE amounts of static and could absolutely kill it.
Use canned air once a month.
That is what i do, and I have 4 120mm fans (inc window fan) and this does it fine.
But to repeat never use a vacuum
