So just got home from MN. I have been scatching my head for a while trying to figure out why my PpD from HFM.net never matched my PpD from hardfoling.com

I just realized 2 of my SMP2 clients have been running as anonymous :(

I'm pretty confident I set these up and put the passkey, but at some point the config file got wiped out :( :(

All is well now so we'll see if my PpD picks up

At least they weren't folding for EVGA :p

HFM has that column that says username. You never noticed that it didn't have yours?

so I did reconfigure the clients. HFM.net is still showing anonymous.

I've restarted the client (checked the log to make sure I was folding under capreppy) restarted HFM.net. Am I missing something?

HFM works off what is in the log. Username is not updated in the log until the client communicates with the server, which is not until new WU time.

well my PpD seems to have normalized to what FHM.net is showing.

I still do wonder how the config files got wiped out though

I see!!! They better stop if they want me to continue to purchase eVGA products. I have THOUSANDS of dollars in eVGA products and that will cease if they keep this crap up!!!

:D :D

It's happened to me a few different times as well, not sure why the config file gets blown out. Maybe a automatic windoz reboot for updates ungracefully knocks it out.

Now I make sure I check the Username/Team # box in both HFM and FahMon and keep an eyeball on them (have an assortment of 15 GPU/CPU clients running).

I have 15 as well over 6 boxen.

It was on two boxen that had WinXP updates. I don't know how long it had been running as anonymous :(

I've put the User Name column back (had disabled it) and check it along with other things.
