I have 2 radiators available right now, 1) Blackice Extreme Dual 120, 2) Black Dual 120mm Heater Core. I also have 2 Hydors L30 pumps and a Dangerden RBX block.

Would the flow still go threw the 2 radiators since they are very big using the L30 320gph, through the waterblock which has 2 exaust and 1 inlet?. or would i need to use the second pump

If the cpu is the only thing you are cooling you will not see much of a perforrmance benefit at all using those two radiators compared to using just one of those two radiators. You will be running pretty close to ambient with just one of those radiators. If you were cooling a GPU as well, I would tell you to simply make two loops each with their own pump and radiator.

So simply, use one pump and one radiator.
