For overclocking would it be reccomended using a dual rad i.e 120.2? or stick with a single rad solution? any advice would be welcome.

If you have the space in your case(or however you're mounting it), get a double rad, because cost isn't that much more than a single usually, restriction is exactly the same, and cooling capacity increases significantly.

sorry - I just have to throw that out to scare the neighbors every now and then.

Actually, that is a tough question to answer without more info -- what kind of heatload are you dealing with (i.e. what are you overclocking, to what speeds are you OCing and with what kind of voltages)?

does fan noise bug the hell out of you? a single rad with a powerful fan can handle a fairly sizeable heatload.

go dual rad, cuz if you future w/c your gpu then you def need dual-triple rad.

i've got a 3.120 mounted in the top of my case, works terrific, i can go super quiet if I want to, or super cool if I want too.. best of both world and no harder to mount than a 1.120.

Well, for all intents and purposes, anyway. Friction head loss is always a consideration, but even with a triple, I wouldn't concern myself with it.
