I am currently running a 19" Viewsonic A91f+ CRT on my 9800 pro at 1280x1024 res. I have a 15" Viewsonic VG150B LCD sitting around not in use. It was my old monitor but I now use the 19" CRT for gaming. Would it be possible to add in a 9200 or something to my comp and run the LCD at 1024x768 off the 9200? I could possibly run a game in one window on the CRT and operate AIM and other programs on the LCD without having to ALT+TAB from my games all the time...

Dual Monitors?

Since I got a samsung 997df for xmas, I've been running it in dual mode with my old monitor, I still haven't figured everything out, but I can get it so I can have it Only open stuff in one monitor, or open it in one and then move it to the other. I have different res on each one, and different wallpapers. Trying to access something in the other window seems to minimize the game I'm playing in the main window, so I'm not sure if you can get it to work that way

you can use the 9800 for both... just add the LCD on the DVI and go....

While gaming, you can only view the second screen, if the mouse happens to go over to the second screen and you click there, the game will minimize.
Some games require the second display disabled since the mouse sometimes wanders to the other screen.
I use ultramon and it allows you to disable the second screen easily using the options in the system tray.
and like was posted above, the 9800 Pro will run both monitors, if it is a Non AIW card.
If it is an AIW card, you will need to add another video card.
