Dual Dell 2407's.

Quick question about a dual 2407 setup..

Is it possible to play games on only 1 monitor instead of both? Meaning having the game run on Monitor 1 and the desktop on Monitor 2? If the desktop is not possible on Monitor 2, would it just be black like it's turned off?

I'm not a expert at dual setups or anything but couldnt you just play your game in window mode and drag it over to whichever screen you wanted to play it on? I believe you would still be able to move your mouse over to the other window and be able to click/run programs by pressing a key that would take you out of the game (like alt tab or the windows key). Also, I believe you can set a option called "Extended Windows Desktop" which you would still be able to see the desktop on 1 screen and the other will be a Fullscreen game, but I think if you try to click on the desktop, it will minimize the game.

Well you can play a game on the main monitor, and other monitor just shows the desktop wallpaper, no icons, start menu, etc... But yes, it's possible to play on only 1 monitor.
