dual core cpu question

ok im looking into getting the new dual core p4 its the 2.8ghz one it doesnt support ht so am i gonna see a big improvement over my 3.2 with 1mb cache that does have ht support. i know i may see a increase in games because having to go with pci express and ddr 2 but should i just wait till these things cool down in price before i upgrade im @ 4 ghz right now with my socket 478 cpu. so is it worth it to upgrade. if i do upgrade im still geting a 6800nu (just untill the new nvidia cards are out) and 1 gig of ram
 
I would wait till prices drop a little. At least wait till after June 30 if not till August. I dont think you will notice alot of difference. I will upgrade to dual core in August but i wont settle for a proc that doesnt have HT.
