Dual Channel question for NF7 users

Back when I first got my nf7 v2.0 the preformance gains of dc over two sticks not in dual channel were minimal (about 3-5%, if I recall correctly). I have a 512 MB stick now and think I will get another anyways, but I am curious if a new bios and/or drivers have lead to a better overall preformance increase.

If anyone has any idea or knows someone who has tested this I would be very interested to know.

My Windows Media Player just feels bogged down...I think the hundreds of full albums have caught up to my 512 of ram. Plus, who shouldn't have a gig of ram?

the performance difference is still relatively mild.. don't expect more than 5-8%... Dual Channel really comes in handy when you have integrated video, but for those that don't, you won't see much of a difference..
