drivers or not to?

Do you guys install your monitor specific drivers or just leave the basic win driver on?
getting my pc in a week so i'm curious if on what you guys do. I use a g90f viewsonic that has a lot of dust and grim from sitting in my room for a year. What products are good to clean it with? thanks
