Aight so here's the deal..

I'm runnin on a Dell Inspiron XPS w/ an ATI Mobility Radeon 9800...

I just installed Vista and their ATI drivers but I'm missing SMARTGART from my driver menu.

I've reinstalled the drivers three times now and no smartgart has popped up.

I need to change my AGP Speed this way and there's nothing that allows me to do that in the BIOS.

Does anyone know of any ATI drivers that support my card?

Tried the AMD site, but they won't allow me to install the drivers (gay).
