Driver issue

I think it's a driver issue. I recently switched over to ATI, my set-up before were two 8800GT SLI'd and i'm having a issue starting up my computer. When I turn it on nothing displays on the monitor but when I reseat the card on the other PCI-e slot then it would work. I used to think it was a power issue where the card might have been sucking too much juice for my PSU to handle but I highly doubt that is the issue now. Anyone can recommend a good driver cleaning software I can use to clean the PC?
 
its probably not the drivers if the systems not showing a display on boot.. its probably something to do with the way the pci-e lanes are setup on the board or if you have the incorrect pci-e slot set on boot in the bios.. the only way it would be a driver issue is if the display shut off after windows started loading..

i would check the manual to find out what is the primary pci-e slot.. some board manufactures have swapped the pci-e slots on some boards so that the bottom one was the primary and the top was the secondary..
 
I've been swapping it onto the top and bottom one each time in order for it to boot with a display, I'll look into that.. Thanks!
