Anyone know a place that has good screws to mount hard drives?

If I use those rounded head CD-ROM screws (fine threads), they aren't big enough to hold the drive in secure... if I use hexed head case screws they'll strip the threads on the drive.

Any ideas?

Usually when you buy a case they give a nice little baggy of HDD Screws labeled. When I bought my case they gave me like 50 of them.

You can also try your local hardware store.

I'd probably just roll out to the local computer superstore & ask at the parts desk; for something this cheap it doesn't really matter where you go.

Ditto, there are a couple of mom and pop places near me that have boxes full of random screws left over from hundreds of installs. They'll likely let you take what you need for free.
