Drive imagine GUI still in Windows 8.1

I actually noticed this last night and then saw the Thurrott article today and with all of the bad information floating around in other threads about this I started this one to clear up the confusion: http://winsupersite.com/windows-8/windows-81-tip-use-system-image-backup

I hadn't setup File History on an 8.1 until last night. That's when I noticed the "System Image Backup" link in File History, click on that and you get the drive image GUI. In 8, the link in the same place says "Windows 7 File Recovery". So the drive imaging is still there, the file backup is not but that's the point of File History. What's odd like the Thurrott article pointed out is that Search will not yield any results for this utility which is odd.

That doesn't work for me. It's located here:
Control Panel\System and Security\File History

You should be able to access File History through Search. You access method is fine however.

Like I said, that method doesn't work for me.
