Draining advice

Ok, I am currently setting up my watercooling equipment in my new thermaktake tsunami case. The equipment is as follows:

D-tek Whitewater cpu block
D-tek gpu block
UV blue bay res
86' chevette heater core
Eheim 1250 pump

I had a bay res in my last setup (had to replace it though, since it cracked) and I realized it was a pain in the butt to drain the system. I ended up putting a t-line in at the bottom while keeping the res for draining purposes.

Unfortunately due to space limitations I may not be able to fit the t-line at the lowest point in my new setup, much less before the pump. I'll probably post some pics in the morning but now I just need to get some rest and get away from working on it.

So, those of you with bay res's, what do you do to drain your system without making a mess?

well the pump (hydor L30) for me is at the bottom of my system...

so i take the top of the res to release the presure, then i just
the pump has a convenient twist off cap to get at the impeller (sp?)

so i just put a bucket below the pump and untwist the cap..

Got any pics? I also have the Tsunami case and i am looking for the best way to setup water cooling?

Thanks

i dont know how the 1250 comes appart, but as Eihem is renound for being able to get parts for them, i'm sure it's not too complicated,
and i'm not sure how seeing pics of my Hydor taken appart would help...
but just for fun, here's some pics of my setup, not taken apart, cuz i dont wanna do that :)

I'll try to get some pics later this morning if I can. I am leaving home back for college so I'm not sure if I'll have time, and I don't have a digi cam up there. You can PM me or AIM me at darkenreaper57, though.

I ended up putting in a t-line (barely fit). It works great.
