DP>DVI active adapter doesn't work

Yesterday I tried to configure my DVI triple monitor Asus 24" using a "certificated" Sapphire active adapter DP>DVI single link on the third monitor (5760x1080 32bit landscape option) Window 7 64bit , but it doesnt work.:confused:
Infact when the monitor under Dp port turn off (in example during bazel configuration or in game before to drive) than doesn't turn on until I unplug dp adapter and then plug newly.
I wish to use triple monitor for Sim racing with RFactor as I saw in several wonderfull video on Youtube, but when I try to drive on game (all 3 monitor active) the one under dp adapter stay blak. My cofiguration as follow:

Does your third panel come up at all, or only during mode changes you're losing DP signal?

Are you able to create the Group for 3x1 Desktop?

Also, within CCC if the DVI panel on the adapter works, does it show as a "Display Port" panel?
 
The Monitor under dp>dvi active adapter (Single link Sappyre) works very good when I am in Win 7 (64bit) but when I change mode (Bezel Configuration under CCC, after I've created a group or RFactor or GTR2 in game) it loose connection (Display port link failure). I have to disable the group configuration and disble-recongure to make it work.
Whe I play with GTR2 or Rfactor the third monitor under dpi become black (yellow led and non blue) and it is impossible to go over. I tried only two monitor under Dvi and they works very good in RFactor and GTR2, not the only one alone under dp>dvi adapter. I set also a minor configuration of the landscape mode (5760x1080 max supported by my single link adapter) but nothing good happens.

I'm able to create a group but I fail when I try to make the bazel config (the monitor under dp swithed off blak);
Without CCC under screen property my OS shows the monitor under adapter as a Display port, so I suppose the adapter works well. May be a driver or a bad configuration setting?...
