THe lower the dot pitch the better correct? I'm looking for the best monitor (19 inch) under 350$ strictly for gaming and school. PLease help, thanks :)
 
Yes, lower dot pitch means finer picture.

I'm assuming you're looking for a CRT with that budget, so I'll recommend the NEC Multisync FP912SB. If you can't find it (and you probably won't be able to find it), get a Mitsubishi DP930SB.

They're both the same monitor.
