Doom 3 shading problems

I just installed Doom 3 on my machine and I'm getting this problem where all of the people/demons are only half shaded and they have this big split in the middle of them. I'm running it on high quality and I've tried all different resolutions, none of which work. I have a BFG Tech 6800 GT OC, Athlon64 3200+, a gig of ram and I'm using the nVidia 61.77 driver. Please help :(
