whenever I turn mine on, the minute the picture is on, there is that high pitched "hum" im ASSUMING from the backlighting? Just curious if im alone here or not. It's pretty annoying when you focus in on it!
 
Mine doesn't do that. We have about 12 of them at work, and none of them make any noise either.
 
1 more saying my 2 do not make that noise. Or any noice for that matter.

Send it in for repair.
