Does this seem right?

I recently took the plunge and purchased a Vantec 520w PSU ever since my Antec Smart 350w started to give me random reboots (of which it is now obviously at fault of).
The PSU has been very stable and all rails appear to have more juice than needed (this coming from BIOS readings) EXCEPT the +5 rail seem to take a "plunge" into 4.892v under load from 4.945v peak.
Does that sound reasonable? I ask this because I plan on upgrading my CPU/mobo and would hate to find out that my new rigs OC is limited to my PSU or that my system isnt 100% stable.
I have been thinking about picking up either a OCZ 520 or a PCP&C 510 but the PCP&C's price is a bit on the high side.
Thanks for any feedback. :)

If you buy the OCZ, guess what.... it's the same parts as your Vantec Stealth. A 0.05 drop IMO isn't going to affect an OC, esp. on the +5. Nowadays, +12v stability is the most important
