Does this cooler look decent? (noob question)

Hi! I first want to say, I dont know much about cooling at all. I built a computer with a Pentium D 805 a year ago. Everything's been great with it, except the stock cooler is so LOUD!!! Now, I'm not doing any overclocking with this, and that being said, I want your opinions on this cooler I hope to replace the stock cooler with.

It looks decent, and apparently its quiet. Will this thing cool a Pentium D 805?
