Does the Gigabyte 9600 XT come with the Half-Life 2 coupon?

I read a review that stated that Gigabyte was not planning to include the HL2 coupon with their version of the 9600XT. I was curious because I was hoping to order one, but probably wouldn't bother if it didn't have the coupon. Has anyone gotten one?
