i don't think so, at least in my *current* opinion..
well for someone you who knows about my 2500m problem, i just solved it by setting my system performance to optimal and raising the vcore up one notch. i wasn't able to do my 2500m at flat 2.4 ghz some time ago with 1.575 and user defined settings. this means i couldn't do 200 fsb. i also tried 1.600 and 1.625 with user defined settings but to no avail. now, however, i changed performance to optimal, and raised the vcore up to 1.600 and VOILA! 2.4ghz and stable for almost 30 minutes now (planning to do 20ish hours)
so is optimal settings good, or bad?
