With iSCSI, you can aggregate links but the maximum speed is limited to that of a single link: 4 individual gigabit ports will never allow a single 10 gigabit client to consume more than 1 gigabit. This is because TCP is being utilized and there is a hard requirement for the packets to arrive in order.
With AoE, TCP is not being used so we move down to layer 2 and aggregate links can scale: adding ports does increase maximum speed (a 10 gigabit client could consume 4 gigabits in the example above). This is explained well here:

Since Coraid is hogging AoE for themselves (i.e. - there is no software AoE driver for VMware and you can't purchase a Coraid AoE NIC standalone), I am wondering if someone can confirm that FCoE scales over multiple ports like AoE. It seems like it would but there isn't anything that I can google up to confirm it.
