Quick Question, Just wondering since changing the CPU FSB parameters also changes the ram's FSB, does this mean that the AGP FSB is also effected ?

It depends on the chipset used on the motherboards.

Any VIA or SiS based system will not have an AGP/PCI lock, so theirfor will go out of spec when you overclock.

Now if you have a newer Intel (845 and higher) and the NForce and NForce 2 chipsets lock the AGP/PCI. The NForce 3 150 does not support it but I do believe the NForce 3 250 will.

I have a GA-7nnxp

And I can manually set the AGP setting from auto to 66mhz
Wich is what I have it set on currently.
I was just wondering if it would change this and not display it's alteration.

If its set at 66MHz then it is locked. If you up the speed of the AGP/PCI then your cards will get more bandwidth. Most cards can handle atleast a 15MHz increase before they get flaky. Go ahead and try it and see what you get. Will not hurt a thing.
