Do they make this?

I'd like to buy a Power Supply that comes as a 'kit'. No ends connected.

I would like to do a very neat wiring job, with the exact lengths needed nicely channeled, and then use whatever they provide to attach the ends myself.

I'd like to do the same with Floppy and IDE cables. SATA cables would probably be a bit tough.

yes they make one, can't remember who it was, I think Antec.
We used one on a build for a friends father for christmas.

Sounds like you're thinking of the Antec NeoHE. The power cables can be plugged in separately. If you don't mind stripping the existing wire and using your own, this will work for you.
