Do I really need the Intel drivers?

I recently re-installed Windows 7 and can't remember which Intel drivers I had installed before, now I am wondering if they are really needed. Everything seems to be running fine so far...

The motherboard on my system is an MSI Z77A-GD65.

Here is a list of the Intel drivers on the motherboard website, a lot of stuff seems to me like its being listed more than once and not much description on it either.

What I have installed is the Intel chipset driver and my main question is, do I really need any of the others? This is mostly in regards to the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and other similar listings.
