No not the cerial.

Tho with my Zalman CPNS 7000AlCu it came with some fiber or quark washers that I lose. And I have to put those behind my backing plate and from what I understand I can't use normal metal ones. (Will they work?)

If not its time to go to homedepot.
 
Metal ones might short out the electronics on the board, you probably don't want to use them unless there are no electronic things where they will be touching. You can probably find some nylon ones at a hardware store.
