Do all TFT monitors with same model look exactly same?

When I used to buy CRT monitors for a multi-monitor setup, I always used to buy them together at the same time from same retailer, so their serial numbers were very close (sometimes within a 10-20) so that their picture quality/brightness/whatever was nearly exact as I had CRT bought monitors before it and they looked totally different. Is this the same with TFT monitors? I already own a 2 week old Dell 2407WFP and I intend to purchase two more for triple monitor setup and need them to look exactly same as I can't stand them being different.

they should be the same, unless Dell is using different kinds of panels for that model. I've heard that they've switched technologies on the smaller screen monitors after their initial release. But, considering the 24" is higher end, I think they'd be identical.

Because of slight tolerance differences in the manufacturing process you may notice a slight difference in image quality...but you should be able to get them to match pretty well with a little tweaking. Just be aware that using the exact same OSD settings for both monitors may not be the best thing..
