hey all

Problem:
trying to install win xp pro for fist time, says it loads the setup files and when it gets near the end, it says:

dmboot.sys is caropped.
press any key to continue.

i do and it restarts.

Specs
AMD XP3000 64Bit - 2.0Ghz - 1.5V
Mobo: Jetway s755max - Bios Verson: v. s755mx A01 10-22-2003
Ram: DDR333 512mb (2X 256mb)
Video Card : Nvidia Geforce FX 5600 XT 128mb
Hard Drive: IBM Diskstar XP 120 60Gb
O/s : Trying to install first time win XP Pro.
