DLA1500 vs SUA1500: The Difference?

So, I need a UPS. At first I was going to get an APC BR1500, but then I found out my beloved 620w Enermax Liberty might fail explosively if I use a UPS with a simulated sine wave, so I guess the BR1500 is out...

The two UPS' I mentioned in the title, the DLA1500 and SUA1500, from what I can tell, they're the exact same unit. VA rating, wattage, weight, number of outlets, the batteries they use, all the same. The only difference being the price (the DLA is ~$200 cheaper) and the name. The only other info I can find about the DLA1500 is on APC's site, they say it's a "Dell Smart-UPS". What does that mean? That the UPS is made by them and sold by Dell?

Can anybody confirm that the DLA1500 is indeed the same as the SUA1500? I really don't want to spend $200 more then I have to.

Amazon pages for the two UPS.

Thanks.

So you mean the software that comes with the UPS that'll shut everything down for me, ect? Well, I can live with that, as long as the hardware is the same.
