let me explain, i am slowly switching my work machines over to windows 7 as i buy new computers. I install updates flash/java/reader/windows over the domain using msi. Back in the good old xp days; when user was booting there computer it would tell them that it was installing an update. Windows seven doesn't do that, with out the hack above. This has lead to a number of impatient user's to cause software error (hard turning off the computer doing an update).
My question is simple, is there any way to make all windows 7 computers display verbose info over active directory?
