Disk image to SATA?

Hi all. I have a 100gb IBM ATA hard drive that I think is failing on me. I have 2 80gb hard drives in a RAID 0 configuration right now on this same machine. Does anyone know if I could image the IBM to the SATA drives and use them to boot from after that?

use ghost corporate edition. do a 'disk to disk' mode and go from the 100 to the 2 80s. no problems.
