Disk boot failure if I take out windows disk

My computer runs perfectly fine...until I take out the windows 7 disk. When I do, my computer will restart randomly within a few hours and then upon bootup it will say "disk boot failure: please insert system disk and press enter." Any idea how to fix this?
 
sometimes this happens when windows startup looks for the OS and on which drive, be sure youre settings are correct in boot and bios
