Is there any graceful way to disconnect LEDs, so that if I sell my case (X-Dreamer) I can reconnect them?

It depends how they are connected.

If you're talking about power/hdd case LEDs, just unplug from the mobo. If it's some seperate case lighting, it has to connect to power somewhere, and you can unplug it. Failing that, cut the wires and resolder when you sell it.
