Second Adapter shows as being disabled. I'm using DDU for driver removal. The only thing that works is going back to 13.xx drivers which are super outdated. Just tonight I installed new mobo (z97 pro gamer) and an I7-4790, then fresh install of windows. Still no luck...I know I should just upgrade video card too....just frustrated that I can't figure it out.

Does anyone know a solution for this? I have scoured the internet and truly have not seen a solution or anyone who has resolved it.
