I'm designing a Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Server with Windows Server 2008 R2, and I'm limiting the things the end users can do as non-administrators. This will not be a member server of the domain, and all user accounts will be local.
I'm noticing that I can't seem to disable PowerShell through Local Security Policy. I've also noticed that I couldn't hide the Administrative Tools from the Start Menu either, but I found this link to fix that: http://www.b4z.co.uk/tag/administrative-tools-start-menu. I'm wondering if there's a custom ADM that I can use to accomplish this task. If not, then maybe I can hide the known shortcuts for PowerShell and Server Manager on quick launch folder...
