Disable or decrease VTT or PLL?

46 x 100 = 4.6Ghz.
Vcore +180mv
CPU VTT 1.20v (Default 1.10v),
PLL Overvoltage Enabled.
CLL 75% (I think have nasty Vdroop).
My reported vcore is 1.392v - 1.424v during Linpack, mostly it is at 1.4v

Can I decrease or disable CPU VTT or PLL Overvoltage?

Trying Offset +160mv gave fast BSOD in Linpack
 
You shouldn't need to enable pll overvoltage for x46 multi. You'll know if you need it, you won't even be able to boot into windows at a certain multi without enabling it. It usually happens at x48 or more. I wouldn't love vtt. Some guides say that you can but it caused data corruption for me. Just leave it be.
