is there a way to get a different wallpaper for extended desktops using dual monitors?

right now when i set a wallpaper, it sets on both, so two of the same images on both monitors, i'd like to change it up a little.

also, are there any free websites with extended desktop wallpapers?

I'm sure theres an easier way but I can recommend you to test Ultramon:
http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/

It allows you to do that and a whole other (maily) dual-monitor settings to ease up the workflow. Just found out about it myself. Although it costs money.
30 day trial though.

Unfortunately I will probably loose one of my monitors so I won't have to think about buying it atleast :p

I was just looking for that same thing today, I found a solution here but it is specific to nvidia cards, I see you have an ati card in your sig so that isn't much help to you :(. Ati probably has a similiar setting buried somewhere in their control panel. If third party software can do it regardless of the video card, the original vendor should be able to implement it trivially!

You can also make one single wallpaper that has two seperate images in it that correspond the resolution and placement of your displays. Once you done, this, set it to "tile" in display properties.
