Is there that much of a difference in quality between the 9800 Pro 256 MB and 9800 XT 256 MB? To justify the $116?

Also, is Half Life 2 coupon still coming with 9800 XT 256 MB does anyone know?
 
i wouldn't say its worth the price difference.

i just got a sapphire 9800pro 256mb from newegg and flashed it with an XT bios and it even had the thermal sensor so there ya go.
