Difference between these two Seagate 320GB HD's

What's the difference between these two:

there's one for 89.99 with perpendicular recording and the other is 94.99, not sure if that has perpendicular recording, either way, what's the big difference and which is better?

Thread posted not too much earlier than yours.

One is the ES version, which Seagate says is "designed for 24/7 operation". The other is the AS version, which has been available for a bit longer. Whether there are real differences between the two, I do not know.

They're both perpendicular, that ES is based off of that 7200.10, but has some firmware optimizations, and is designed to withstand more rotational vibration experienced when mounted with multiple other drives.
