Difference between Swiftech MCP 650 & 655

Cut me some slack here. I'm learning all this programming stuff as we speak and I didn't have time to google it. Thanks for your responses though.
 
650 has a squealing noise (or so I'm told), while 655 is supposed to have corrected the problem.
 
Oh ok. Well, I'm not getting it anyways. Getting the 655 since that's the case.
