Did I fry my motherboard?

Well, I'm one of the morons that bought an Ultra Xconnect. 2 weeks ago, my mothebroard started to tell me "system failed CPU test". Asus said that was because the voltage goign to the cpu wasn't right. Last ngiht, my computer shut off, and I couldn't turn it back on, no power was going to it at all. So I put my old PSU in, and it starts up fine, but won't post, and nothing shows up on the screen.

Any ideas?
