I am concidering using Diamond Plating metal on the Front of my case for my next mod. I know all places are different but any estimates on how much this would cost? Either at Home Depot or a Metal Shop?

It's spendy but for that small of a piece I can't imagine it'd be more than $20............IMHO it looks terrible on the front of a case...and its hard to line up a cdrom tray if you're cutting them out.

Would be a bitch to cut as I don't think they sell thin diamond plate. Try your phonebook and or homedepot.

it he's not too bad at torch cutting, or if he has a plasma cutter, i'll bet he could do it.

I know where there is a scap metal yard and they sell damaged AL diamond plate by the pound (which is pretty cheap IIRC). Try a place like that if you can find one in your area.
